- A device, placed over the penis, draws blood in and created an erection
- A ring is then placed around the base of the penis to trap the blood
- This is done each time you want an erection
- Usually the erection can only be used for 20 - 30 minutes
- The erection will not be as firm as usual
- Should not be used more than 30 minutes per use
